Is a watch-only wallet safe?
Yes. It only needs a public address. It never asks for and never handles your seed phrase or private keys, so it cannot spend or move funds and there's nothing for it to leak. If any tool calls itself watch-only but asks for your seed, it's a scam.
Where does the data come from?
Balances, UTXOs and transactions are fetched directly by your browser from the public Kaspa REST API at api.kaspa.org. There's no kaspa.best server in between, and nothing about your visit is logged.
Can this wallet send Kaspa?
No. By design it has no access to keys and cannot create, sign or broadcast a transaction. It only reads public on-chain data for the addresses you paste in.
What's a UTXO?
Kaspa, like Bitcoin, is UTXO-based. Your balance is the sum of unspent transaction outputs (UTXOs) locked to your address. The card shows how many UTXOs make up the balance.
Does it remember my addresses?
Only in this tab while it's open. Nothing is uploaded. Use “Save watchlist” to keep a file on your device and “Load watchlist” to bring it back later.
